Modern slavery statement
Effective Date: 13 November 2025
1. Introduction
This statement is made on behalf of Concierge Clinicians (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are committed to upholding the highest ethical standards and acting with integrity in all our business dealings. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking in any form within our own operations and our supply chains.
We fully support the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and, although we may not be legally required to produce a statement under the Act, we are voluntarily doing so to demonstrate our firm commitment to this critical issue.
2. Our Organisation
Concierge Clinicians provides bespoke medical and wellbeing support, coordination, and advocacy services to private clients. Our team consists of experienced, accredited health professionals. As such, our primary operations are in the provision of high-level professional services.
3. Our Supply Chains
Our supply chains are limited given the nature of our service. They primarily consist of:
Providers of specialist IT, data management, and communication systems.
Professional services such as legal, accounting, and insurance.
Suppliers of office and administrative supplies.
Accredited clinics, specialists, and therapeutic practitioners with whom we coordinate (who are themselves subject to strict professional and regulatory standards).
4. Our Commitment and Policies
We are committed to ensuring there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. Our internal policies reflect our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity.
We expect all our contractors, suppliers, and partners to share our commitment and to hold their own suppliers to the same high standards.
5. Risk Assessment and Due Diligence
Due to the nature of our business, which is focused on professional services delivered in the UK, we assess our risk of direct exposure to modern slavery as low.
The principal risk lies within our supply chains, particularly for goods or services sourced from outside the UK. We conduct due diligence by:
Engaging with suppliers who are reputable and who we believe share our ethical standards.
Expecting our suppliers to comply with all applicable modern slavery laws.
Building long-term relationships with suppliers, which gives us greater visibility of their practices.
6. Training and Awareness
We are committed to ensuring our team understands the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking. We will provide our staff with the necessary information to recognise potential signs and to report any concerns.
7. Future Steps
We will continue to review our practices to identify any further steps we can take to combat modern slavery and human trafficking. If we identify any concerns, we are committed to investigating them promptly and taking appropriate action.
This statement has been approved by the Directors of Concierge Clinicians.
